Tetsujin 28-go [Iron Man No. 28] was a Japanese kids' TV series in the
early 60's, better known to English speakers under its export name,
"Gigantor". It involved a boy who had had been left a giant
remote-control robot by his late scientist father and who went on on to
use it to thwart assorted poorly-animated villains.

One episode featured the Middle Eastern nation of Marabia, in the throes of civil
war. The Kingdom used a black flag with a white lozenge.

The marabian rebels used a white flag with thick black bars at top
and bottom and a large serif "Z" centered. It is the monogram of the rebels'
leader, the disgruntled prince Zahmed.
